About the Instructors
Graeme
Well I’m the Grand-daddy of the business; you won’t find an older instructor than me in this group. However I still love to see our students grow in confidence as they combine their theoretical knowledge with the practical activities of driving, to eventually become competent, safe drivers.
You’ll quite possibly find me answering the phone, taking a lesson, running the office or maybe preparing a marketing campaign.
One thing I can assure you of is that we are all having a great time, fortunately our students sing our praises to their friends and this makes us feel like we are doing something right. So, give us a call, you’ll be glad you did!
Roslyn (Previous Department of Transport Driving Examiner):
Welcome to My Driving School. I’d love to hear from you. I guarantee we can help you become a great driver, whether you have previous experience or not. Personally, I’ve spent a lot of time as a driving instructor, and have also worked as a driving examiner for the Department of Transport. This experience has helped me enormously as I am aware of just what it takes for you to pass your driving test.
You’ll find all of our instructors teach in a similar manner as we have regular training sessions within our organization. However it is our policy that, regardless of who trains you within our organization, I personally offer you a Pre-test Drive, just to be sure that you are driving confidently and safely and have a good chance of passing your driving test. If this sounds like something you’d like to benefit from then come and join us at My Driving School!

As you can see I’m quite young compared to the average age of instructors, but I really love helping others become confident and competent with their driving skills. The greatest thrill for me is knowing I’ve assisted someone achieve a milestone in their life.
Being able to drive confidently with the knowledge that you have mastered the road rules, understand road signs and markings, and can give your passengers a smooth ride because you understand the operation of the clutch, brake and accelerator - these are some of the things that I’ll be teaching you.
Most times it’s not what you do that will cause problems, but what other drivers may do. How you react to these situations is what makes you a great driver. As the saying goes, “it’s not what happens to you that counts, but how you react to it that matters” and this is true in all of life, as well as in driving. I love the challenge of teaching. It’s great fun - we teach a serious subject in a fun way!
